ELECTRO FORGING PROCESS- ELECTRO FORGING PROCESS IS COMPLETELY AUTOMATED.
Due to automation its productivity & quality is better. In electro fusion Transverse bars are pressed locked into bearing bar. High hydraulic pressure and high current is used which cause melting of both material (bearing bar & cross bar).

A decade of experience makes BRSPL excellent in the field of grating manufacturing and now manufacturing cut to size, customized, circular and other type of grating with better quality in the record minimum time.

TYPE OF BEARING BAR-
The bearing bar is of two types which are produced in equivalent standard.
  1. Plain- The top surface is smooth and plain.
  2. Serrated- The top surface will be serrated for providing more anti slip property.
SIZE OF BEARING BAR & FRAME BAR
Width- 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm, 40mm, 50mm etc.
Thickness- 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm etc.

SIZE OF CROSS BAR- 6mm, 7mm, & 8mm

MESH OF BEARING BAR (CENTRE TO CENTRE)- 30mm, 33mm, 35mm, 40mm, 41mm, 50mm etc.

MESH OF CROSS BAR (CENTRE TO CENTRE)- 50mm, 75mm & 10mm

          
 

Advantages-
As in conventional method bearing bars are not punched to accommodate cross bars. Full depth of bearing bars is effectively utilized thus making Electroforged Gratings stronger than conventional Gratings made from same steel section.

Electro fusion eliminates weld defects such as porosity, undercut, blowholes etc. observed in manual welding. No slag is formed by giving better aesthetic value to the Grating.

Automated process with elimination of punching and clearing gives high productivity. Deliver time is drastically reduced.

MAKING OF CIRCULAR GRATINGS-
  • Our design team produce the AutoCAD drawing for each gratings.
  • Framing is done by our Production Department.
  • Grating fixing by fitter in the frame.
  • Cooler, fitting and finishing done by welder
  • Finally circular ready for QC.

 

MAKING OF CUT OUT GRATINGS-

  • Our design team produces the AutoCAD drawing for each gratings.
  • Required dimension has been taken on the gratings
  • Cut out marking done by fitter
  • Cutting done.
  • Cooler, fitting and finishing done by welder.
  • Finally circular ready for QC.

Engineering and Design Department:
BRSPL having highly qualified and strong team for engineering. They used widely AutoCAD & Tekla Software. We draft the input drawings and send for approval which leads time saving and more accuracy for our customers. The engineering department drafts the drawing as per the customer requirement to meet the minimum revision.

We are having our own testing facilities with well furnishing laboratory and having well qaulified and experienced persons. Below are some testing facilities-
